On April 23, 2021, the Party Branch of Weifu Environmental Protection visited the Memorial Hall of the New Fourth Army Headquarters in Southern Anhui to carry out Party history learning and education. They deeply honored the great achievements of revolutionary martyrs, promoted their lofty spirit, cultivated love for the Party, the country, and socialism, and drew immense spiritual strength from this experience.
All comrades, with reverence, ascended the steps to the memorial square. They stood in solemn silence before the sculpture of the New Fourth Army, where Party members took an oath, sang the national anthem, and presented flower baskets. Party member representatives steadily carried the flower baskets, walked slowly to the sculpture, and carefully arranged them in neat order.
Xu Xian, Secretary of the Environmental Protection Party Branch, walked forward solemnly and carefully adjusted the ribbons on the flower baskets. All comrades paid deep three bows, expressing their profound remembrance and infinite reverence for the revolutionary martyrs.
At the Memorial Hall of the New Fourth Army Headquarters, all comrades visited the sites where the revolutionary predecessors once fought. Through a large number of precious historical artifacts and materials, they observed and learned about the combat history of the New Fourth Army in various periods and the heroic deeds of the older generation of revolutionaries. They were deeply moved by the spirit of firm conviction, iron will, tenacious style, sincere unity, broad-mindedness, and conscious discipline of the New Fourth Army under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. It was a deeply immersive ideological education and Party spirit training experience.
On the occasion of the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the visit to the Southern Anhui Patriotic Education Base for the "Learn Party History • Comprehend Ideology • Strengthen Qualities • Set an Example" educational activity was not only a reinforcement of the original aspirations and mission of the Environmental Protection Party Branch, but also a motivation to forge ahead during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. Everyone expressed that at the start of the "14th Five-Year Plan," they will effectively enhance their sense of mission and responsibility, stay focused on goals, bravely shoulder important tasks, strive with dedication, achieve success through effective action, and present outstanding development results as a tribute to the centenary of the Party.
